Let The Master Decide

MEDITATION

Let The Master Decide

Romans 14:4* " Who are you to make yourself a judge of another man's servant? it is to his master that he is responsible for good or bad. Yes, his place will be safe, because the Lord is able to keep him from falling."BBE

Point to ponder on: It is not your duty to judge another man's servant.

"Nobody has any authority to decide about someone else’s servants. Nobody should decide that someone else’s servants are wrong. Only those servants’ own master has authority to decide whether his servants are right or wrong. But the Lord will continue to accept his servants, because he is able to help them. The Lord can make them strong, so that they continue to believe him." (Easy English)

It is time to draw the line. Let us put off the sword from their necks and keep to our boundaries. Let us not crucify that brother or sister in Christ. He or she is a servant of God, so are we too. Let the Master Jesus decides his or her case and let us keep our judgement. The judgment day is up to God, why tear down God's servants thinking we are defending the faith. There are several ways we work against the body of Christ by our criticism of fellow believers, and spiritual leaders. I hear it on TV and read a lot and I just keep wondering. The amazing thing is that the perpetrators claim to be Christians who have taken over the place of the devil who is 'the accuser of the brethren.'

Let us respect Christ in every believer. You may not like people's behaviour or actions, that is a personal thing but don't ignore the fact that they belong to Christ and He is the judge over their lives. What ever belief system they hold about food and other mundane things, God is the master who can judge. If their faith is not strong to do certain things now and your faith can, don't grade them as inferior or infidel. God understands their level and He will help them get stronger in faith. Thomas Didymus (one of Jesus' disciples) demanded to see Jesus' hand before he could belief that indeed it was Jesus resurrected from the dead. Jesus didn't condemn or judge him for his level of faith, but He told Thomas to touch His hands and side so that he could believe.  "Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed."(Jn.20:29)  Let us realise that we don't have the same level of faith, hence we see things differently and handle things based on our faith level, strength or weakness and the Master can bear with our weak points and help us to become stronger. Every believer small or great is a servant of God and only Master Jesus has the right to Judge. We are all servants to Him, therefore, let us help build one another and leave the judgment to Jesus- our able Master.

Good morning. Enjoy His peace.

I celebrate you.

It's Time To Activate Grace

MEDITATION

It's Time To Activate Grace

John 1:17 "For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ."kjvlite

Point to ponder on: Grace is the gift of God not sent from afar but brought to dwell with us in the person of Jesus Christ.

Are you under the leadership of Jesus through grace or under Moses through the law. What did you do step by step to deliver yourself from sin? Was it your effort that got you salvation? How come today people want to merit their salvation. They want to do more to look saved rather than to accept and believe in what Christ did and being what Christ worked for. The dispensation of law could not produce righteousness that satisfies God without a yearly sacrifice but the dispensation of grace satisfies God because it costs Jesus His body as a one time sacrifice for all time-past, present and future. The truth is in the grace and the grace in the truth and that is Jesus personified. When we talk about grace we are talking about Jesus. The one who teaches us to say no to ungodliness and worldly passion. Not by your effort or works. If we can work for our salvation then we don't need Jesus.

Grace is not a subject but a person and the person of Jesus. I am so confident this week that if only you will depend on Jesus totally and allow Him, His grace will work for you. He will make a way where there seems to be no way and go ahead of you to break down every gate of bronze and cut down the brass of Iron. You will not have to depend on your strength for even in your weakness His grace will be sufficient for you. Your winning is based on the victory He had gotten on your behalf on the cross and your success is activated through His grace. You don't have to be guilt burdened or worry about overcoming sin because He had overcome for you. You cannot conquer sin on your own without the blood of Jesus. He was punished so you won't be punished. He had paid the price for your sins, took upon Him your sins and transfered  His righteousness to you. Therefore, rejoice in His work on the cross and confess that you are the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus. You can't earn righteousness by works but it was freely given as an exchange. Christ took your place and He gave you His righteousness. He is still working in you to will and to do of His good pleasure, so that you can work out your salvation which is worked within you with fear and trembling. What a blessing we have in Christ Jesus. Only believe rightly in His finished work and enjoy the benefits of His grace in your endeavour this week. Let Jesus, let grace be activated.

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

I celebrate you.

Make It Happen Through Prayers

MEDITATION

Make It Happen through Prayers

1 Kings 18: 41-42 "Then Elijah said to Ahab, 'Go and get something to eat and drink. But do it quickly, because it is soon going to rain very hard!' So Ahab and his men left to prepare a big meal. But Elijah went back up to the top of Carmel Mountain and prayed." T4T

Point to ponder on: Until there is manifestation over your declaration prayer must go on.

Before Elijah prophesied there won't be rain(1 Kings 17:1) the letter of James tells us he prayed fervently(James 5:17). And when he made that declaration there was no rain for three and a half years. This same man of God came up again and declared there will be rain. (1Kings 18:41)The rain didn't just start falling after he made the declaration until he prayed the rain into existence.(James 5:18) The lesson here is that for every man or woman that must command the supernatural must raise a private prayer altar(inner chamber) where things are settled spiritually so that effortlessly results are generated on the field of endeavours. A fervent prayer life that is faith based should be the lifestyle of every believer. Many want results without paying the price. If you must get results on spiritual matters on the field of endeavours, you must pay the price in your secret place of prayer.

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

No More Scarcity

MEDITATION

No More Scarcity

1 Kings 17:14 "For this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: the jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until the day the LORD gives rain on the Land." NIV

Point to ponder on: God has solutions for every problem in your life, all you have to do is to obey His word for you in the midst of your problem.

The God that I know is specialised in providing abundance in the midst of scarcity. Whether in the midst of primary or secondary evil, He is the present help in trouble. He is not a man that should lie, whatever He says He will do. No matter the degree of the problem just a word from Him will bring a brighter day in the midst of dark cloud. When you are down and your back's   against the wall your only reliable help is in God. However, He can choose to solve the problem anyhow but you must be expectant and sensitive. He may not send you cash but a man of God to speak into your life. He may not send you food stuff but just His word in the mouth of His servant will turn scarcity into abundance. He may not send you an angel but a man might be His angel to help you. Your receiving power is in obedience. If only you will do God's word concerning you while you are in the midst of whatever problem it may be, you are ready to receive whatever blessing the LORD has for you. Keep your eyes off your lack and focus on God's abundance. Keep your eyes off your limitation and focus on God's unlimited capacity. Keep your eyes off what you don't have and focus on what God is ready to put in your hand. If He asks you to give in the midst of that circumstance don't hesitate He knows you have something He will bless. If He asks you to help others even in the midst of your down time He knows He is your own sure help and your help is near. If you will faithfully obey His word in the midst of that circumstance breakthrough is certain. Listen for His voice in prayers and in the study of His word. Henceforth, the season of scarcity is over in your life and abundance is your partner in progress from now on in Jesus name. You will rejoice in His provisions in Jesus name. Shalom!

Good morning. Enjoy His blessings.

I celebrate you.

Play Your Part

MEDITATION

Play Your Part

Romans 12:18 "If possible, so far as it depends on you, live in peace with all people." ISV

Point to ponder on: Peace is our responsibility, we must work it out.

As long as it depends on you make peace with all people.  We have our parts to play. Whatever is possible for you to make peace with others, go ahead and make it happen. The desire of God is for us to live in peace with one another. We must be advocates for peace in our homes, community and society. Let it be said of you that you are a peace maker. What do we gain when we make peace? “How blessed are those who make peace, because it is they who will be called God’s children!"(Mat.5:9) One of the proofs of being a child of God is to make peace. The blessing of God follows peace makers. Let the world know that you are God's offspring. Make peace.

Good morning. Enjoy a fabulous weekend.

I celebrate you.
