It is still possible-never too late

*MEDITATION*

Luke 1:37 "For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment."AMP

Point to ponder on: It will only take a second to hit a turning point, so within a second things can turn around and sorrow turns into joy, so never say it's over until you are out of life.

"Keep going until the final whistle", is an old football adage. It makes sense in theory, but is hard to do when you're 4-0 down, your own fans are yelling abuse at you and you're wishing you hadn't turned up.  Sometimes you get disappointed with your expectations not met and life looks hostile to you and you are about to give up and conclude that you are a failure. Friend, just hold on. It only takes a second to score a goal, and how true it is, as a goal can
change everything, and no game is won until it's all truly all over. You cannot say it is over for you because you have not gotten your heart desire and the month is winding up.

Considering "Reading and Arsenal match in 2012, you have to feel sorry for the losing side. Reading played magnificently for 44 and a half minutes, putting Arsenal to the sword and going 4-0 up in this 2012 League Cup tie. But a Theo Walcott goal on the stroke of half time proved the turning point. Giroud made it 4-2, but with 2 minutes to play, it was still Reading's
game. But, an 89th minute goal and a goal in the 5th minute of injury time took it to extra time. Arsenal then led 5-4, Reading equalised with 4 minutes to go, but then another last minute Arsenal double sent them through, with Reading 5-7 Arsenal (2012) and Arsenal that seemed defeated and hopeless won the game.

Friend, don't give up on yourself now. You can still restrategise and trust Jesus to help you win your life game and accomplish your goals. If you look up to grace personified "Jesus" and stop depending on your self effort that yieded little or nothing, He will bring a turning point into your life. Do what you need to do and let Jesus handle what is beyond you. It's never too late, let  Jesus take over and rest in Him while He works things out on your behalf. It is still possible with God.

It Won't Work

*MEDITATION*

Numbers 23:23 "Surely there is no enchantment with or against Jacob, neither is there any divination with or against Israel. [In due season and even] now it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What has God wrought!"AMP

Point to ponder on: No matter the devise your adversaries use against you, it won't work.

It doesn't matter their plot and the mastery in evil that gives your adversaries courage to attack, their witchcraft will fail in Jesus name. You will laugh at them all in Jesus name. The Lord of Host is your God and no one can curse who God has blessed. You are under the shadow of the Almighty, you dwell in His secret place, hence you are covered from every evil arrow. God is not in their gathering, therefore confusion shall be the order of the day whenever they assemble. They will stumble as they try hard against your life and turn against themselves because the Lord is fighting for you. Any where they take your name to for consultation to invoke evil on you, it will backfire on them in Jesus name. They will walk into the pit they have dug for you in Jesus name. You are an over-comer. Rejoice in your victory.

I Have A Good Heritage

*MEDITATION*

Psalm 16:6 "The lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; yes, I have a good heritage."AMP

Point to ponder on: God has great plans for your life, therefore speak prophetically over your day and life to activate your good heritage.

I rise into dominion stepping out into a blessed day. The Lord has made a decision to bless me with fortune, my path is decorated with favour and my land is a territory filled with milk and honey. Today, I am set up for unlimited blessing on every side. People are going out of their ways to favour me as God's favour is smiling down on me. My steps are ordered to walk into places blessings are awaiting me. My work is blessed, I attract customers and goodwill of people. Everything I do prospers as the hand of God rests on my life. I am blessed and highly favoured. I operate with excellent Spirit succeeding in academics, ministry, career, business, marriage and life. My mind is free from confusion, I receive insight and foresight to make right decisions. I am preserved from every evil and overcoming every temptation. I will return with testimonies today and always, and my mouth will be filled with laughter in Jesus name.

Stay Strong To the End

*MEDITATION*

Mark 13:13 "And all of you shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."UKJV

Point to ponder on: Jesus didn't promise the road will be easy, but He told us to endure persecution unto the end for our final salvation.

Jesus never promised it will be easy all the way to follow Him. We can expect insult, hatred, threat and assault, temptation and trials for being a true disciple of Christ. You cant afford to save your face by acting like the unbelievers so that nobody notices you as a different species with the kingdom standard. Remember what Jesus said,  "But whoever denies and disowns Me before men, I also will deny and disown him before My Father Who is in heaven." -Matthew 10:33
There will be increase in hatred of believers in these last days and some believers will try to save face and compromise but His grace is always sufficient if we choose to walk in it. Jesus knows life at some point will be tough for believers living in the society where evil has become a norm, He knows that doing business under such system will be tempting, in fact the system will be completely against what could be called godly but you live in such society and so you must endure not to compromise and stay strong to the end.

However, while you live your life you must also be your brother's keeper as you go through life, "[Strive to] save others, snatching [them] out of [the] fire; on others take pity [but] with fear, loathing even the garment spotted by the flesh and polluted by their sensuality."- Jude 1:23 

Above all, remember this word of comfort in your daily endeavour, "Now to Him Who is able to keep you without stumbling or slipping or falling, and to present [you] unblemished (blameless and faultless) before the presence of His glory in triumphant joy and exultation [with unspeakable, ecstatic delight]"–Jude 1:24

You shall finish strong in Jesus name.

Handle It Well

*MEDITATION*

Luke 16:12 "And if you have not proved faithful in that which belongs to another [whether God or man], who will give you that which is your own [that is, the true riches]?"AMP

Point to ponder on: When you handle what belongs to others faithfully, God qualifies you for a reward of true riches.

The view of some dilapidated buildings which were once strong companies providing means of livelihood to families for more than twenty years but are now bushes have been of great concern to me. Have you ever wondered why many industries in the northern and southern part of Nigeria known for textiles, Cocoa, coal and other products established before Nigeria Independence closed down? This industries couldn't survive the management culture of the people in charge.  What about Okin biscuit-the short cake and the round one? They are no more in the market and the company is no longer in business. This company was run down by those put in charge. So what went wrong?

The problem lies in selfishness, greed and lack of vision by the people who managed the businesses which led to their mismanagement. They were more concern of the present moment and their gains and not about the future of the businesses and lives connected to them. What are you managing for someone today? How well are you handling it. Please take care of that business, job or work given to you as if you are the owner. Think of the future and lives connected to the business. If you desire to own yours trust me the same way you handle another man's own is the way they will manage yours. The universe doesn't forgive, this I always tell people, the law of the universe will pay you back. The law of cause and effect, the law of reciprocity, the law of seed time and harvest. "So then, whatever you desire that others would do to and for you, even so do also to and for them, for this is (sums up) the Law and the Prophets." -Matt. 7:12(AMP)

You see, the pay back may not come immediately and most times people have forgotten their deeds when the universe pay them in full. God has set the law of reward to give back to the actions of mankind in due time. I know God can count on you to do far better as His child and you will be rewarded and it will be a reward of what you have given to others. If you are serving serve well as unto the Lord, if you are leading please lead well as unto the Lord whether it's your business or someone else's. "And whatsoever all of you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men."-Col.3:23(UKJV)

When Jesus Steps In

*MEDITATION*

John 20:19 "Then on that same first day of the week, when it was evening, though the disciples were behind closed doors for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, Peace to you!"AMP

Point to ponder on: When Jesus steps in, He comes with peace the world can't give and puts an end to fear and obscurity.

What are you afraid of? Is fear keeping you away from the lime light? The disciples were afraid and stayed behind closed doors. Locked away from the public and kept in obscurity. This occurred before they received the power of the Holy Spirit. One would think they should be bold having been disciples of Jesus for more than three years but disciples without power can't be bold and confront the terror of the society and that of its authority. Being in Church for so long doesn't equal being full of His power. You need His power to rise above fear keeping you in obscurity. Is there any thing breeding fear in you? Did you see how Jesus stepped in and released peace in the midst of their fears. Whatever you are afraid of Jesus is stepping in for you and His word is still very real now, "Peace to you!" The peace of the Lord will guide your heart and mind through your journey, the peace those who teach the world how to get inner peace can't give, this peace can only be given by Jesus and it passes all understanding. And if you ask me, I will tell you loud and clear, this peace doesn't mean absence of trouble but rest in the midst of trouble. The world can't give it, they don't have it but Jesus says, "Peace to you!" He has come to empower you so that you can be courageous to pursue your dream to fulfilment and be transformed. After Jesus spoke peace into their lives He breathed on them the breath of the Holy Spirit to abide within them, an empowerment within while they waited for the power upon. You need the inner empowerment which comes through the breath of His Spirit.(see John 20:22) Only Jesus can give and you need that fresh breath for renewal and awakening for exploit this year. The Lord will empower you afresh in Jesus name. Jesus stepped in and put an end to the era of obscurity in the lives of the disciples by bringing peace and fresh breath of inner power. That fresh breath, Jesus is releasing into you henceforth to dissolve stronghold of fear and obscurity in your life so that you can fulfill your dream in Jesus name.

Hang On -Don't Give Up

*MEDITATION*

John 20:11"But Mary remained standing outside the tomb sobbing. As she wept, she stooped down [and looked] into the tomb."AMP

Point to ponder on: If you can hang on a little longer, you will see the Lord's manifestation.

Mary (Mary Magdalene-from Magdala) won't leave the tomb, she was perplexed, confused and had no clue to what has happened to what she cherished most. Her Lord was missing. She sought the help of the disciples who had deeper relationship with Jesus, but they had no clue too to the happenstance. They left the tomb but Mary hanged on. She must find an answer to her quest. Is it not troubling when those you look up to can't give you answer to your quest or couldn't provide solution to your problem? But Mary didn't give up despite the fact that this two disciples couldn't  provide her answers to why Jesus was missing. They didn't understand from the scripture that Jesus will rise from the dead(see John 20:9). Mary had her mind made up to go no where until she finds answer. She stayed back and poured out her heart. So many a times we quickly withdraw and get tired of waiting on the Lord. We dashed in quickly to the secret place to seek God and we never wait enough to see Him manifest Himself to us and we rushed out again. We poured our heart out but couldn't wait for His response. We seek the Lord and when we are confused or don't understand some things we just throw in the towel. See Mary's attitude: she hanged on. Why? Because she must see the Lord. A singleness of purpose. That was her target and nothing more. Just as Hannah won't leave Shiloh until she got her Samuel Mary won't leave the tomb until she gets to see the Lord.

Consequently, the attitude of Mary propelled the Lord to appear to Mary before going to the Father. I believe her sincerity, devotion, singleness of purpose, love and faith from a confused and troubled heart got Jesus' attention that He put on hold His trip to the Father for a while just to see Mary. She became the first to see the Lord after resurrection. She paid a price to get that rank beloved. Your price to see the Lord manifest in your life this year is to hang on Him. Mary didn't give up so soon, you can't afford to give up dear. Disappointment, discouragement, denial, delay and what ever it may be should not make you withdraw from whatever price you need to pay to get what you want. Hang on like Mary, Jesus must come to your aid. Let Him know you are all out for Him and He will give you Mary-Experience.(See John 20:11-17) The Lord will manifest Himself in every area of your life in Jesus name.
