*MEDITATION*
Proverb 24:29 ''Do not say, 'I'll do to him as he has done to me; I'll pay that man back for what he did." NIV
Point to ponder on: God wants you to forgive your offenders and never think and talk about revenge.
I really do not know how it hurts and I can't measure the degree of damage the actions and words of people have caused you emotionally and psychologically in the past or present, but the Lord Jesus knows your pain and feelings. They slapped Him, spat on Him, insulted Him and after they crucified Him on the cross, He said, "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do."(see Luke 23:34) To every human in the flesh (ruled by the senses) this will seem impossible to let go of offences, but to every human walking in the Spirit(ruled by the Word) it is fulfilling the love and friendship demand of Jesus, "If you love me, you will obey what I command."-John 14:15 "You are my friend if you do what I command you." -John 15:14
Obeying the Word of God should be motivated by our friendship with Him and our love for Him, which should be rated above any offence from mere mortal that can be here today and tomorrow is gone. I know as an individual, certain things hurt because I have been there, but when we see from the realm of the Word every time we deal with people, the Word comes alive in us and blasts away such fury or anger that could provoke the thinking and talking about vengeance. The Lord doesn't even want you to say "I'll do to him as he has done to me; I'll pay that man back for what he did," let alone taking action to revenge. Before someone will talk about it, he must have thought about it and when talking about it, his mind is made up to attack. Beloved, no matter how it hurts, walk in the Spirit(be ruled by the Word). Let His Word rule your heart: "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave the way open for [God's] wrath; for it is written, Vengeance is Mine, I will repay (requite), says the Lord." Romans 12:19-AMP

The grace to do lies in the obedience to the Word. Once your heart is willing to do the Word, grace will flow. The Lord will enable you to walk in the Spirit (ruled by the Word) always in Jesus name.
I celebrate you.
Good morning. Enjoy His peace.
