MEDITATION
"For who separates you from the others [as a faction leader]? [Who makes you superior and sets you apart from another, giving you the preeminence?] What have you that was not given to you? If then you received it [from someone], why do you boast as if you had not received [but had gained it by your own efforts]?" ~ 1 Corinthians 4:7|AMP~
Point to ponder on: Acknowledge the hand of God in your accomplishments, you couldn't have come this far without His blessings.
It baffles me when people kiss their brains instead of thanking the maker of the brain who gives it freely. Ours is not just about achievement but of receive-ment because everything about us is based on what we receive. This is the kingdom reality and that should be the mindset for all believers, so that you don't get puffed up with all you have and what you are but rather to acknowledge the giver of every good thing in your life. You are precious to God so are your fellow brothers and sisters. You are not better than them because of your accomplishments, but only privileged because you received your accomplishments from the Lord. But, "I laboured so much to get to this level." Thank God that you laboured, but your maker has designed the universe to reward every labour.(see Prov.14:23) Besides, there are people who have worked harder than you but have no match of your accomplishment, so acknowledge that you are a privileged child of the kingdom and God is to be praised and not to kiss your brain as if the brain was made by you. If you must accomplish more great things here on the path God has set for you, you must acknowledge the hand of God in your success and always celebrate Him for it. Don't boast of principles, books, courses and training you undertook, or people you know, if you are not in your right mind you wont be able to acquire and apply them and when God's blessing is not released on it, it will only be effort in futility and little reward for greater effort.
Therefore, hit every week acknowledging God in the process of your endeavour and His hand will deliver to you greater blessing beyond your expectations in Jesus name.
I celebrate you.
Good morning. Enjoy His peace.
