Wisdom Speaks

MEDITATION

Wisdom Speaks

Proverbs 8:6 "Listen, for I have worthy things to say; I open my lips to speak what is right." NIV

Point to ponder on: It takes a deliberate listening to be led by wisdom and such leadership produces right decisions.

One of the qualities of a good leader is the ability to listen well to his/her followers and people generally. There is an ancient power that made creation possible and that power is the key to success of great men and anyone who desires to succeed in anything will achieve faster with this power. This power is called WISDOM. How does it take a man through success avenue? It gives instruction and that becomes knowledge or information and when appropriately cultivated it generates positive outcome called success. At first, wisdom is always disguised as instruction, knowledge or information but if you are not a deliberate listener to people and things around you, you will only see and hear the usual. It is always speaking through circumstances-- disappointment, difficulty, delay, opportunity; through people as counsel, advice, rebuke, correction, teaching, attitude, etc. And when it is direct from God, divine wisdom comes through His word, Holy Spirit and His servants. But if we are not deliberately attentive to God, people and things around us we won't hear the voice of wisdom echoing from within in response to what is on the outside. When we give attention to meditation wisdom speaks from the deepest part of us. We must learn to listen more to hear wisdom which would provide us the right information for right action and right result. When was the last time you meditate over an issue? We must cultivate the habit of a prayerful meditation. It's not enough to give attention to prayer alone, we also need time to meditate over our life and also on the word allowing the word of God to speak to our spirit. But we must listen deliberately to hear wisdom speaks. "Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it."(Isa.30:21) I pray you will hear the voice of wisdom leading you to success this new week in Jesus name.

Good morning. Enjoy His blessings.

I celebrate you.

David, Johnson
