Let God Take Charge

MEDITATION

Let God Take Charge

Psalms 119:29 "Keep me from going the wrong way, and in your goodness teach me your law." GNB

Point to ponder on: God's leadership over your life is a guide against error and a pointer in the right direction.

The Almighty is certainly the only one who has a perfect and accurate knowledge of you. He knows your thought pattern, background, positive and negative influencers and your enemies. Therefore, it is wise to trust Him for guidance against error and to point us in the right direction to go in life.

Sequel to this, it is apparent that the sure way to follow the lead of God is to be a teachable learner in the school of the Spirit where the required handbook is the Holy Bible. As a result, to pray God to keep us from going the wrong way and we ignore the study of the word is to deliberately and ignorantly walk against our prayer request. God will show us through the revelation of the word what is wrong and right and by His Spirit He will guide us into all truths and teach us all things we need to know and bring to our remembrance things we have learnt from His word.

To stay on the right way is to stay glued to the word and listen for the voice of the Holy Spirit as we meditate on the Holy Scriptures daily for divine direction.

You will not yield to any strange voice to take a decision that will lead you off the right path in Jesus name.

I celebrate you.

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

He Will Save You As Promised

MEDITATION

He Will Save You As Promised

Psalm 119:154 "Defend my cause, and set me free; save me, as you have promised." GNB

Point to ponder on: God will always keep His promises but we must always obey His word.

The Psalmist knew the power of obedience to God's word and in that word he had discovered the promises of God, hence he sought the LORD with understanding.

In spite of  David's love for God, he was not spared from trials of life, as a matter of fact he fought many battles but God was faithful to save him from all his battles. Are you being victimized, assaulted, faulted, attacked or even accused based on your actions or inactions and to your accuser you seem to be a prey of the lawful captive? If you will not give up on God and yourself, you will definitely find succour in God to ask for His divine intervention. It doesn't matter how difficult things are now, why don't you say this prayer confidently trusting God to defend your cause: "Give me strength, as you promised, and I shall live; don't let me be disappointed in my hope!"(Psalms 119:116-GNB)

The LORD will save you from your present predicament, His mercy will exempt you from judgment and your mind will be set free from obsession, oppression and depression in Jesus name.

I celebrate you.

Good morning. Enjoy a fabulous day.

Historical Evidence for the Exodus May Have Been Found

By

David, Johnson

Archaeologists may have found historical evidence for the biblical account of the Exodus near the River Jordan.

Experts are currently analyzing ruins near the River Jordan as potential proof that the story of the Exodus, is more than a legend and indeed a historical fact.

According to U.K. Daily Express, a United Kingdom media outlet, archaeologists generally agree that the Israelites were natives of Canaan, which contradicts the account in the Biblical book of Exodus.

According to the Bible, Moses liberated the Israelites from Egypt leading them through Sinai and across the River Jordan to Canaan.

Archaeologists Ralph K. Hawkins and David Ben-Shlomo have now found some evidence in the Jordan Valley site of Khirbet el-Mastarah, which they believe are remnants of ruins from a nomadic people who they believe to be the Hebrews coming from Egypt.

Ben-Shlomo told U.K. Daily Express that based on his expertise the ruins offer great potential to be evidence for the Exodus.

"We have not proved that these camps are from the period of the early Israelites, but it is possible," noted Ben-Shlomo.

"If they are, this might fit the biblical story of the Israelites coming from east of the Jordan River, then crossing the Jordan and entering into the hill country of Israel later."

Ben-Shlomo and Hawkins published their findings in the July/August 2018 edition of Biblical Archaeology Review, where they discussed the periodization of the ruins. According to the journal, the ruins appear to date to the Iron Age, the same time as the Exodus.

The duo conducted their onsite research in the summer of 2017 and then took time to evaluate and test the materials found.

According to Express, soil samples from the dig site have been sent in for analysis and are awaiting review.

The Christian Post reports that the archaeologists found stone ruins and pottery fragments at the site and were able to preliminarily date them to a period of time between the Late Bronze Age (1400–1200 B.C.) and the Iron Age (1200–1000).

"By the end of our 2017 season, we were struck by the fascinating picture that had begun to emerge in the Jordan Valley, a region that up until recently has been virtually unknown archaeologically," said Ben-Shlomo and Hawkins.

"Within a range of just a couple of miles, we may be able to see the evolution of early Israel from a domestic-scale culture [at Khirbet el-Mastarah] to a political-scale culture [at Khirbet 'Auja el-Foqa]."

The Christian Post reports that Khirbet 'Auja el-Foqa has been identified by researchers as the ancient city of Ataroth which is referenced in Joshua 16:5.

World's first flying car will go on sale SOON and an even more amazing model is planned

Customers will be able to order a flying car from October 2018 and take delivery in 2019

The Terrafugia Transition is the world's first flying car (Image: Terrafugia)

A flying car will go on sale to customers in the US from October with the first orders being delivered next year.

The Terrafugia Transition is the first model that will be available with a more advanced follow-up, the TF-X planned.

There's no pricing information available yet but the company says it should be similar to a luxury passenger car.

A range of 400 miles is promised from the vehicle which can travel at speeds of up to 100mph.

When the Transition is on the road its wheels are driven by a hybrid electric motor. Potential buyers will, of course, need both a road driving licence and be certified to fly a light aircraft .

Pre-orders are expected to start in October and the company is also expected to announce the TF-2, which can operate as both a passenger and cargo plane.

The Terrafugia TF-X will be controlled by computer and won't need as much training as a light aircraft(Image: Terrafugia)

Also planned is the TF-X which is set to offer four person capacity and achieve speeds of up to 200mph and offer 500 miles of range.

The engine in the TF-X runs on unleaded fuel and is capable of vertical take off and landing which means it doesn't need a runway to get airborne.

The car's propellers are electrically-powered, which Terrafugia says mean it's quiet. The petrol engine will charge a set of batteries that are used to power both the wheels and propellers.

The car's conversion into a plane will take less than a minute, according to the company.

Terrafugia says that the TF-X won't need as much training to fly as a light aircraft, or the Transition.

The TF-X will fit in a normal-sized garage and can take off without a runway

Designed to be as simple to operate as possible the TF-X will be largely controlled by computer. Owners will pre-program a route into the vehicle and it will take off, fly and land automatically.

All the owner will need to do is confirm that they have found a safe takeoff site. The vehicle will have the option to be piloted semi-manually as well.

The TF-X will also be equipped with a parachute in case anything goes wrong.

While the Terrafugia Transition will be delivered to customers in 2019 there's currently no date announced for the TF-X.

Throw Down These Horns

MEDITATION

Throw Down These Horns

Zechariah 1: 18-20 "Then I looked up- and there before me were four horns! I asked the angel who was speaking to me, "What are these?" He answered me, "These are the horns that scattered Judah, Israel and Jerusalem." Then the LORD showed me four craftsmen. I asked, "What are these coming to do?" He answered, "These are the horns that scattered Judah so that no one could raise his head, but the craftsmen have come to terrify them and throw down these horns of the nations who lifted up their horns against the land of Judah to scatter its people." NIV

Point to ponder on: God is carefully watching over your life and He has put a plan in place to avenge your enemies of progress.

It doesn't matter the attack lunched by any force of man or devil against your life, your God is well able to defend and fight back on your behalf. His plan is to terrify and throw down any force standing against your rising in life.

Dear Father, raise craftsmen to terrify and throw down every horn that has come to scatter my family and stop me from rising in life in Jesus name. Amen.

I celebrate your victory.

Good morning. Have a great weekend.

Sir Isaac Newton predicted 'world will end in 2060 with Jesus' second coming' in newly discovery writing

By

David, Johnson

The renowned 17th century scientist made the prediction under the alias 'Jehovah Sanctus Unus'

Isaac Newton discovered gravity but was also interested in religion and an avid reader of the Bible(Image: Science Photo Library RF)

Sir Isaac Newton predicted the world will end in 2060 in newly discovered writings unearthed by academics.

The renowned scientist, who discovered gravity, wrote about a second coming of Christ in just over four decades time - marking an end to life as we know it.

Born in 1643, Newton was considered an insightful theologian who had a life-long interest in the existence of God and religion.

He based a lot of his religious writings on his extensive readings of the Bible.

The world could end in 2060 when the universe 'resets' itself according to Newton (Image: Stocktrek Images)

But in a new set of writings Newton, writing under the alias 'Jehovah Sanctus Unus' predicted the world would "reset" at 2060 at which point the Earth will once again become “the Kingdom of God”, the Daily Star reports.

“It may end later, but I see no reason for its ending sooner,” he wrote.

The prediction is unveiled in 'Isaac Newton: The A**hole Who Reinvented The Universe' by Florian Freistetter.

He said the world will once again become the 'kingdom of god' (Image: Stocktrek Images)

He said: "For him, 2060 [would be] a new beginning; maybe accompanied by war and catastrophes but ultimately the start of a new divine era."

Florian said Newton was convinced future events were "already ordained by God" and he believed in the existence of 'prophetic time periods'.

In January this year the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists moved the doomsday clock closer to midnight warning the world is closer to catastrophe than it has ever been.

They moved it to two minutes to midnight - 3- seconds closer than it was in 2017 - citing nuclear war, climate change and political upheaval as reasons.

Don't Make Christ's Death Worthless

MEDITATION

Don't Make Christ's Death Worthless

Galatians 2:21 "I refuse to reject the grace of God. But if a person is put right with God through the Law, it means that Christ died for nothing!" GNB

Point to ponder on: Grace made available for us what we cannot work for.

So many believers are rejecting the grace of God by subjecting themselves to traditions of men and religious rules hoping that with such they will please God. They place religious rules over faith in Christ Jesus and His work on the cross. They celebrate the cross but not living in the consciousness of Christ's work on the cross. Some people think they still have to do something to impress God to save them. If Christ died while we were yet sinners what else can we do when we are now made saints already by His death and resurrection to be put right with Him. "They have not known the way in which God puts people right with himself, and instead, they have tried to set up their own way; and so they did not submit themselves to God's way of putting people right. For Christ has brought the Law to an end, so that everyone who believes is put right with God." (Romans 10:3,4-GNB)

When we are trying to be put right with God through the law and trivialise faith in the work of Jesus on the cross, we are rejecting the grace of God. Law cannot make us right with God. However, that doesn't make us lawbreakers either, because His laws are written in our hearts and with the fruit of the Spirit, "against such there is no law."
"It was on the basis of the levitical priesthood that the Law was given to the people of Israel. Now, if the work of the levitical priests had been perfect, there would have been no need for a different kind of priest to appear, one who is in the priestly order of Melchizedek, not of Aaron. For when the priesthood is changed, there also has to be a change in the law. ... The old rule, then, is set aside, because it was weak and useless. For the Law of Moses could not make anything perfect. And now a better hope has been provided through which we come near to God. ... This difference, then, also makes Jesus the guarantee of a better covenant." (Hebrews 7:11,12,18,19,22-GNB)

Sequel to this, Jesus had to die the death of the cross and if we believe the observation of the law makes us right with God then Jesus' death was for nothing. "The Jewish Law is not a full and faithful model of the real things; it is only a faint outline of the good things to come. The same sacrifices are offered forever, year after year. How can the Law, then, by means of these sacrifices make perfect the people who come to God?" (Hebrews 10:1-GNB)  "His choice is based on his grace, not on what they have done. For if God's choice were based on what people do, then his grace would not be real grace." (Romans 11:6-GNB) Grace simplifies Christian living, let Christ's death count.

This grace will break protocols for you throughout the remaining months of this year in Jesus name.

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

I celebrate you.

How People Fall from Grace

MEDITATION

How People Fall from Grace

Galatians 5:4 "You who are trying to be justified by law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace." NIV

Point to ponder on: The way off the grace is dependence on efforts of self and works to be justified while the way to uphold grace is through faith in Christ Jesus.

The law of Moses was amazing and given by God. "So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith." (Gal.3:24-NIV)The law was added because of transgression until Jesus to whom the promise referred had come. But now that faith has come through Jesus Christ, we are no longer under the supervision of the law. We become sons and daughters of God through faith in Christ Jesus and not by observing the law of Moses. If law could impart life then righteousness would certainly have come by law. "But the Scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe."(Gal.3:22) Now justification is only by faith, and not faith and works. Therefore, if anyone is trying to observe the law to be justified such a person would never be able to keep to the law and apart from that, the person has fallen from grace. To seek for justification through works by observing the law is a fall from grace.
"For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision avails anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith which works by love. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; You shall love your neighbor as yourself."( Gal.5:5,6,14-kjv2k) Our access to Christ is through faith and our salvation is by grace though faith in Christ Jesus. "For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."(Eph.2:8,9-kjv2k)

Therefore, we must constantly remind ourselves and be conscious of this fact that justification is by faith only and not by observing the law of Moses in order not to cut off ourselves from Christ and hold on to grace. "But you, friends, are well-warned. Be on guard lest you lose your footing and get swept off your feet by these lawless and loose-talking teachers. Grow in grace and understanding of our Master and Savior, Jesus Christ. Glory to the Master, now and forever! Yes! (2 Peter 3:17-18-MSG) Keep faith alive in Christ Jesus and stay in grace.

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

I celebrate you.

Destiny Fulfillment

MEDITATION

Destiny Fulfillment

Genesis 41:41 "So Pharaoh said to Joseph, I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt." NIV

Point to ponder on: There is always a day in a person's life that marks the beginning of fulfillment of destiny when dream starts becoming a reality.

At last, the dream of Joseph became a reality with his appointment by Pharaoh to be in charge of the whole land of Egypt, a position through which his siblings had to bow for him. It seemed all hope was lost for Joseph as everything went from bad to worse, from his kidnap by his brothers, being sold into slavery, the saga of Potiphar's wife, the prison experience. Someone that his dream revealed that people would bow for him was thrown into prison. But God who had a great plan for Joseph and knew the perfect way to prepare Joseph for his rightful place in destiny, from grass to grace and from prison to palace did not abandon him through out his tribulations, and while Joseph was there in the prison, God used his spiritual gift to announce him and also to put a ray of hope on one of the inmates' future.  Joseph was supposed to be remembered for using his gift well and helping the butler but he was forgotten until that faithful day when God was set to turn his dream into a reality that his gift was sought for by Pharaoh and the butler remembered Joseph and he was released to use his gift to solve Pharaoh's problem and the future problem of Egypt and the reward for him was the fulfilment of his dream. Right there in a foreign land, Joseph's dream he told his brothers became a reality.

It doesn't matter the delay, obstacles, conspiracy, rejection, falsehood, attacks you have suffered or some other things you may still endure on your road to destiny, you must hold on to your God given dream and honour God in your life because that is His purpose for your life and at the appointed time He will deliver the reality. Don't allow your present not too pleasing reality to make you give up before the fulfillment. It will surely come to pass.

Good morning. Enjoy a fulfilling week ahead.

I celebrate you.

Declare Your Expectations

MEDITATION

Declare Your Expectations

Psalms 27:13 "I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living." NIV

Point to ponder on: Whatever you are confident of receiving from God becomes your expectation.

You must not allow your mind to be filled with the problems of this life no matter the situation you find yourself. However, you must occupy your mind with the promises of God through the knowledge of His word. What are your expectations? Your expectations simply become what you visualise and that becomes the image in your mind. You think about it and talk about it. David was so confident about his expectation and he made it a declaration. Whatever you want God to establish for you is what you should declare always and not your problems. You must have confidence in God to do it and declare it daily to become your experience.

Dear Father, let me continually experience your goodness in all my endeavours in life. Let your goodness pursue me, my family and loved ones and especially those of the household of faith in Jesus name. Amen

Good morning. Do have a great day.

I celebrate you.

Dealing with Difficult People

MEDITATION

Dealing with Difficult People
(A Mocker or scorner).

Job 17:2 " See how these mockers close in on me?How long do I have to put up with their insolence?" MSG

Point to ponder on: A mocker is one of the difficult people and it takes the wisdom of God to handle such people and this wisdom is hidden in the Holy scriptures.

Attributes of a mocker:
1. A mocker provokes, insults and resist others.
"Are there not mockers with me? and does not my eye continue in their provocation?"  (Job 17:2- kjv2k)

2. A mocker is hypocritical, slanderous and despiser. (Ps.35:13-16)

How to deal with a mocker
1. Don't correct a mocker or scorner. (Pro.9:7-8)
Why?
A mocker or scorner don't yield to correction. (Pro.13:1, 15:12)
2. Punish a mocker if you have the power to do so.(Pro.19:25), or ignore them.(Pro.21:11)

3. Delete them from your life as friends. (Pro. 22:10)

Danger awaiting a mocker or error in the life of a mocker
1. A mocker lacks wisdom. (Pro.14:6)

The way out for a mocker
1.To Listen to counsel then he will become wise.(Pro.19:20)
2. Pray for a change of heart. (James 5:16b)

God's wisdom is crucial in dealing with difficult people. We walk in wisdom when we apply the Holy Scriptures in our daily relations with people.

Good morning. Enjoy a pleasant day.

I celebrate you.

Deal Gently

MEDITATION

Deal Gently

James 1:20 "For the anger of man works not the righteousness of God." kjv2k

Point to ponder on: Human method doesn't earn God's righteousness. God's method is different from man's method.

Seeing people doing the opposite of what could be considered as righteousness could upset a person with the right spirit. The rate of evil in our world today is alarming and atrocities committed on daily basis are disturbing and provoking. A person with the right spirit will detest sinful acts and most times the people involved, but being angry with them doesn't change their attitude or stop them from sinning.  A person with the right spirit won't condone unrighteousness, however, we must deal gently with such people around us that are sinners or backsliders. It is right not to condone unrighteous acts but we must realise our target is to deal with the sin in people and not to condemn the people. The truth is that while we deal with what seems unacceptable as a moral standard scripturally we must ensure our action doesn't lead us to sinning while trying to restore others.

It is wise for those who usually get so hash on others to remember this scripture, " My friends, if someone is caught in any kind of wrongdoing, those of you who are spiritual should set him right but you must do it in a gentle way. And keep an eye on yourselves, so that you will not be tempted, too." (Galatians 6:1-GNB) The method is to deal gently and not to be hash with anger because that will not bring about the righteousness of God. Correct in love, focus on the problem, do it God's way-deal gently, and ensure you too are standing well so that you don't become a victim of the problem you are trying to solve.

Is there any around you in wrongdoing, deal with them gently and trust God for their restoration.

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

I celebrate you.

Don't Be In Haste To Talk

MEDITATION

Don't Be In Haste To Talk

Proverbs 29:20 "Do you see a man who speaks in haste? There is more hope for a fool than for him." NIV

Point to ponder on: Don't be in a hurry to talk, give a thought to what you have to say before you speak on any matter.

Have you ever verbally affirmed a thing without having a proof to support such notion? Have you verbally given approval to something without appropriate evaluation? Have you verbally committed yourself to a thing without a coherent knowledge of such? For the mouth to speak without the use of brain  is to talk without thinking.

So many error would have been averted if proper care was taken to think through a matter before people hurried to give statements on a matter. Many have spoken out of anger, jealousy, intimidation, fear, doubt, envy and the likes which has caused division, strife, rancor and hate because it was done out of emotional burst and without proper thinking. Sometimes certain things are also said when people are excited without thinking through. Words are powerful and once they are altered they will impact positively or negatively on the hearer and the speaker as well. Therefore, it is wise under any circumstance that we don't allow emotions to blind our sense of judgement and propel our speech but to rather allow logic (reasoning) under the influence of the Holy Spirit before we commit ourselves verbally to any matter. "Wisdom is profitable to direct" (Eccl.10:10b-kjv) Therefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger."(James 1:19-kjv2k)

Good morning. Enjoy His presence.

I celebrate you.

Is It All About Here and Now?

MEDITATION

Is it all about here and now?

1 Corinthians 15:19 "If our hope in Christ is for this life alone, we are to be pitied more than all men." BSB

Point to ponder on: Hope in Christ pays here and now and also much more in eternity, hence, it is most important for every believer to keep eyes on eternity than this passing world.

I see everyone running to get their names on something, own something tangible, become famous and touch lives in their own definitions and concepts. So much energy exhausted daily, competition all over the place. Thanks to social media which has given mankind a great avenue for comparison and secret fight for likes and virtual followers, virtual image building with cracked self esteem. People who can't build homes and keep their family together are more conscious of virtual   followers than real people in their lives. There is so much craziness in the air. The church that should be to complete the saints is now used for competition as if Christ is divided against Himself. All because people want recognition, acceptance, fame, name and they forget the life after here and now. People seek the gift of the giver but not interested in knowing the giver because they want to rub shoulders with people in their field. It is amazing how we think life is all about here and now. If God doesn't do it when some people desire it they become desperate to seek for alternative either through looting or diabolic means. Patience seems to only exist in the ancient dictionary of mankind. If a church doesn't talk about riches and prosperity, or ways to succeed people are quick to change loyalty to where such messages are preached. They want to show the world, impress the world that has no concern for them that they have arrived. Even the elect are getting carried away losing sight of eternal values and dwelling more on earthly things.

God wants us to prosper and live a quality life here and beyond."Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers."(3John2-kjv2k)"... I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."(John10:10b-kjv2k) However, we must remember our life is transitory and it's beyond here and now. "Because what profit will a person have if he gains the whole world and forfeits his life? Or what can a person give in exchange for his life?"(Mat. 16:26-ISV) Our hope is beyond the gains of this world and it is wise for us to consider what qualifies us for eternity and not just be satisfied with the one that is limited for here and now.

Therefore, whatever we gain or lose in this world should not blind us from the world to come. Think about a thousand years with the LORD and the New Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven- the new earth without sea. Think about our eternal home, the holy city where God dwells with His people. "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God is its light, and the Lamb is its lamp." (Rev. 21:1,2,23-kjv2k) Hallelujah!

Our hope is beyond here and now, so keep the big picture in mind as you live daily.

Good morning. Enjoy a pleasant day.

I celebrate you.

Their Efforts Will Not Succeed

MEDITATION

Their Efforts Will Not Succeed

Job 5:12 "He frustrates the plans of the crafty, so their efforts will not succeed." NLT

Point to ponder on: God is creative to render the efforts of the wicked against your life futile.

The sure way to conquer crafty people in your life is for God to scatter their plans and make their effort futile. You don't have to worry about their gathering because the scripture says, "Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not from me: whosoever shall gather together against you shall fall for your sake."( Isa. 54:15) The crafty are creative in carrying out their plans but God the creator is more creative in frustrating their plans. Therefore, report those crafty(cunning enemies) ones to God, I mean those who disguise as friends, neighbours, family members, co-workers, but are really enemies of progress, He will frustrate their evil plans.

Dear Father, according to your word, frustrate any and every craft of the wicked used against my destiny and make their effort futile in Jesus name. Amen.

Good morning. Have a victorious day.

I celebrate your victory.

It Is For You and Your House

MEDITATION

It Is For You and Your House

Acts 16:31 "And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved, and your house." Kjv2k

Point to ponder on: A sure pact of salvation that covers  your household only if you can believe in Jesus.

Quite amazing and a delight to be saved from sin of this world and sorrow to come on all the unbelievers. What a true gospel, no work or labour, just to believe in Jesus Hallelujah! The people of old tried hard with work and labour to obtain righteousness but to no avail but just only with faith in Jesus, righteousness was credited to our account in God. What a good news! The world should know that salvation can only be found in no place or person or religion except in Jesus." Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved."(Acts 4:12-kjv2k) Should the world come to Church to become rich? Oh they can always find alternative to riches, material possessions and as a matter of fact there are laws of the universe that when appropriately used would get them riches and they can also go with the wisdom of the devil (money rituals)but the only thing the world cannot get else where is "Salvation" which is through faith in Christ Jesus. "That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God... But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off are made near by the blood of Christ."(Eph.2:7,8,13-kjv2k)

More importantly, have you any member of your family yet unsaved? Consider this scripture today, that your belief in the Lord Jesus grants you and your house  salvation. What a privilege! You can commit a brother, uncle, nephew, niece, grandparents to the LORD you believe in and be consistently lifting them up in prayers for the salvation of their souls. They will be saved if we don't give up on them. The pact is that because you believe you are saved and your house is not left out but you must commit them to the one you believe until every member of your household is saved.

My admonition for you today is that you bring those family members unsaved before the LORD in prayers and the LORD will turn their hearts to the message of the cross and they shall be saved.

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

I celebrate you.

Don't Pay Back With Evil

MEDITATION

Don't Pay Back With Evil

Proverbs 24:29 "Do not say, I'll do to him as he has done to me; I'll pay that man back for what he did." NIV

Point to ponder on: If God is always ready to forgive us despite our wrongs, we should always imitate Him when people cross the line and not allow their actions to make us vengeful.

Everyone at the park is not heading towards the same destination, some alight along the way, while others at different locations. This is also true about our spiritual  walk with God. Everyone around us might not be God conscious and heavenly conscious, therefore, we must have this in mind so that we don't get distracted by people's attitude. You have an identity in Christ that is worth preserving and you can't allow people to displace you. It is normal here on the planet earth for people to be good or bad and so we must be ready to accept whichever one we encounter from people. However, when people treat us badly, let us remind and encourage ourselves the instruction from the WORD of God and what Jesus would do if He were involved. Let us not pay evil for evil or even think of vengeance.

We must not allow people's negative attitude to influence who we are in Christ. People treat us the way they see themselves, therefore, we must also treat them the way we see ourselves in Christ Jesus.  "Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord." (Rom.12:19-kjv2k) "For we know him that has said, Vengeance belongs unto me, I will recompense, says the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people."( Heb.10:30-kjv2k)  "Say not, I will repay evil; but wait on the LORD, and he shall save you."( Pro 20:22-kjv2k)

My major admonition for you today is this: "Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good."( Rom.12:21-kjv2k)

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

I celebrate you.

God's Blessing Is Upon You

MEDITATION

God's Blessing Is Upon You

Deuteronomy 28:6 "Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out."kjv2k

Point to ponder on: Through Christ Jesus we confirm the blessing of the law because he paid for the penalty on the cross, so whether we are in our closet or outside in the world we are partakers of the blessing.

What a delight some declaration and a thing of joy for the present day disciples or followers of Christ Jesus. We can activate the blessing of the law through Christ Jesus. The condition required under the law was to obey the voice of the LORD and do His commandments, and therefore, for those under the covenant of grace must also obey the voice of the LORD Jesus Christ who confirmed the blessing and nullified the curse of the law by paying the penalty on the cross. "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith." (Gal.3:13-14-kjv2k) And the new commandment encapsulates all of the old commandments , which is for us to love ourselves as Christ loved us, this love empowers our heart to obey the commandments written in our heart without fail."A new commandment I give unto you, That you love one another as I have loved you; that you also love one another."(John 13:34-kjv2k)

All we need do in this dispensation is to obey the word of the LORD and walk in love and the blessing of the LORD will manifest in our lives. Whether you are in your closet or outside in the world the blessing of the LORD is upon you. Therefore, according to what the blood of Jesus has accomplished the blessing of the LORD will manifest in your life this day and always in Jesus name.

Good morning. Enjoy His blessings.

I celebrate you.

God's Intervention Through Men

MEDITATION

God's Intervention Through Men

1 Chronicles 20:8 "These were descendants of Rapha in Gath, and they fell at the hands of David and his men." NIV

Point to ponder on: When God is set to fight for His people, He raises a man to stand in the gap.

To everything that has a beginning has an ending. The Philistines were one of the major thorns in the flesh of Israelites and there were certain great men (warriors) such as Goliath, Sippai, Lahmi who stood out among the Philistines army. After several years of oppressing Israelites God raised David who silenced one of their strong men, Goliath. But that was not all, God used David to raise men in Israel who silenced all these strong men in the Philistines army.

It doesn't matter how long that issue has been causing you sleepless night, devastation, and threat, God is raising a force to put an end to it in Jesus name.  Every other factor strengthening that oppression, prolonging that problem, will fall in Jesus name. Whatever people have battled in your family line and has been difficult to settle God is stepping in right now and through your contact with the Almighty, that issue is terminated and every power backing it up is defeated in Jesus name. Henceforth, the end has come to every recurring issue in your life with speed in Jesus name. God raised David for Israelites, He will raise helpers of destiny for you in Jesus name.

More importantly, there are certain things God might be preparing you to conquer for your family and people, therefore, you must be courageous to rise up and confront issues in your life and family in the name of the LORD and He will give you victory like He did for David. You will testify in Jesus name.

Good morning. Enjoy His victory.

I celebrate you.

God's Family Identified

MEDITATION

God's Family Identified

Luke 8:21 "And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brothers are these who hear the word of God, and do it." kjv2k

Point to ponder on: Jesus only can genuinely identify those who truly belongs to God's family.

In this age of wide spread religion and denominationalism, attachment to a denomination has been mistakenly identified as a tag of being part of God's family. However, we must reemphasize the statement of Jesus through whom we got adopted into the family of God. Jesus made it clear that those who belong to the family of God are not those seen with what in our present age refers to what Jesus associates with, that is, the Church as a denomination(organization or organism) but simply based on two profound truths. Those identified by Jesus to belong to the family of God are  believers who:(Luke 8:21)
1. Hear the word of God. To hear in this text means to attend to, consider what is or has been said in the Holy Bible directly or indirectly through teachers or preachers anointed in this capacity in the body of Christ.

2.Do it.(Do the word of God).In this text, to do is to carry out, to execute, and to act rightly in accordance to the word of God.

One can be known as a member of a Church and even bags titles and has being promoted in ranks in the Church leadership, but without these two characteristics, such is not identified by Jesus to belong to the family of God. We must create time to hear the word of God where ever possible whether through audio or video CD, mp3, the use of phone and tablet, PC, reading, studying, listening to teachers and preachers of the full gospel and do the word. "Then said Jesus to those Jews who believed on him, If you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed." (Jn.8:31) God's family members hear the word and do it. Be a hearer and doer of the word.

Good morning. Enjoy His peace.

I celebrate you.

Garbage In Garbage Out

MEDITATION

Garbage In Garbage Out

Matthew 7:17 "Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit." NIV

Point to ponder on: You effortlessly reproduce your kind. Whatever the product is, it's a reflection of the content.

When you do evil it is not just because someone influences you but because you already have the seed of evil in you. Same thing happens when you do good.  You effortlessly give out what you already have. If your fruit is bad it is a reflection of your inner content and if it is good same thing applies. You are only showcasing  yourself when you act or show up an attitude.

If you don't like what you are giving out, work on yourself. Call on Jesus for help so that He can make your tree good. He will help you out.

Good morning. Have a winning day with great attitude.

I celebrate you.

Scriptural Sensibility In Choosing Friends(2)

MEDITATION

Scriptural Sensibility In Choosing Friends(2)

Proverbs 12:26 "A good man is like a guide to his friend. But bad people are like someone who has gone on to the wrong path." EasyEnglish

Point to ponder on: The people you allow into your life will either influence you positively or negatively.

1.It is expedient and wise to choose friends that can add value to your life and vice versa. "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend" (Pro. 27:17-kjv2k).

2.If you want to make more friends be a giver. Giving attracts people to the giver. Although, this does not mean people will genuinely love you but you will have them as your fans and followers. "Many will entreat the favor of the prince: and every man is a friend to him that gives gifts" (Pro. 19:6-kjv2k).

3. The proof of a genuine or true friendship is love. This love remains through out all seasons of life. A true friend will always love you regardless of the challenges or circumstance in your life. He or she may not agree with you all the time; you may have misunderstanding but he or she stays in love with you through thick and thin. "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity" (Pro.17:17-kjv2k).

Good morning. Enjoy His goodness.

I celebrated you.

Scriptural Sensibility On Choosing Friends(1)

MEDITATION

Scriptural Sensibility On Choosing Friends(1)

Proverbs 12:26 "The righteous chooses his friends carefully: but the way of the wicked leads them astray." kjv2k

Point to ponder on: A believer must be scripturally guarded in choosing friends of like mind.

It is a popular assertion that friendship is by choice and not by force. We talk about brothers and sisters, husbands and wives, but little is discussed about friendship in the Church. Of a truth, you cannot make all believers your friends but you will always have them as brothers and sisters in the LORD. Any believer that wants to end well with Christ must choose friends carefully because the path of unbelievers(the wicked) lead them to destruction.

So how do we scripturally become sensible in choosing friends:

1. Make yourself a friendly person if you desire to make friends. "A man that has friends must show himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticks closer than a brother." Pro 18:24-kjv2k

2.Purity of heart and gracious speech attract highly placed people to be your friend. "He that loves pureness of heart and has grace on his lips, the king shall be his friend." Pro 22:11-kjv2k

3. Make no friendship with an angry person. "Make no friendship with an angry man; and with a furious man you shall not go." Pro 22:24-kjv2k

4.Make friends with people who will tell you the truth even though it hurts."Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful." Pro. 27:6 -kjv2k

5.Make friends with those who are always willing to counsel and share what they know from the heart to help you. "Ointment and perfume rejoice the heart: so does the sweetness of a man's friend by hearty counsel." Pro 27:9 -kjv2k

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

I celebrate you.

4 Ways To Make Declarations Produce Success Story

MEDITATION

4 Ways To Make Declarations Produce Success Story

Psalm 37:4-5 Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD; Trust him, and he will act. ISV

Point to ponder on: Make your desires your declarations, commit them to Him and trust Him to act.

When we delight ourselves in the LORD we operate in the knowledge of God and walk in His will. When we walk in His will our desires tally with His. When we walk in the supernatural we walk in power and our words are backed up with authority. Hence, when we speak in faith something happens.

Sequel to this, how can a believer produce success story in his or her daily endeavours with declarations? Below are four ways to make your declarations create and implement results(success story):

Connect your declarations with
1. the result you are committed to and "why?"
"  Commit your way to the LORD; Trust him, and he will act." Ps.37:5 (ISV)

2.necessary actions you are committed to taking and "when?"
"Whatever the activity in which you engage, do it with all your ability, because there is no work, no planning, no learning, and no wisdom in the next world where you’re going." Eccl.9:10(ISV)

3. recite your declarations every morning with emotion.
"You shall also decree a thing, and it shall be established for you: and the light shall shine upon your ways." Job 22:28(kjv2k)

4.constantly update and evolve (develop slowly often into a better, more complex, or more advanced state) your declarations. " Being wise is better than being strong/powerful; those who know many things can accomplish more than those who are very strong."Pro.24:5(T4T)

Good morning. Enjoy His favour.

I celebrate you.

When God Steps In

MEDITATION

When God Steps In

I Chronicles 13:14 "So the Ark of God remained in the care of Obed-edom’s household for three months, and God blessed Obed-edom’s household, along with everyone associated with it." ISV

Point to ponder on: When God steps into a life and home the effect is a turn around.

The "Ark of God" was a symbol of God's presence in the Old Testament. Where God dwells, His blessing resides. Some people think until they reside in a particular choice area that will guarantee success. God is the one who blesses a place and a place can't bring anyone God's blessing without God putting His blessing there. John the baptist was in the wilderness, yet, people left the city to see him. It was the place God led him to and God drew men to him. Joseph was in the Potiphar's house and was blessed because God was with him. He became a prime minister in Egypt a foreign land where He was sold into as a slave. Just three months of God's presence changed the life of Obed-Edom. Let us not assume He is here or there, let us covet beyond the head knowledge of His presence. Let us covet His manifest presence where we dwell, work, worship and see the wonder that follows. When God steps in, there will be a remarkable turn around. As Obed-Edom experienced a turn around when the Ark of God entered his house, we too can experience more of God if we allow Him have His way. God's presence will command the change you need this season if you will open up your heart to Him. Let God have His way unhindered.

Good morning. Enjoy His presence.

I celebrate you.

You Are Safe

MEDITATION

You Are Safe

Psalm 11:2 "Look, the wicked have bent their bow and placed their arrow on the string, to shoot from the darkness at the upright in heart." ISV

Point to ponder on: No matter how the wicked plan to attack, God is your shield.

We really don't see when the wicked are planning evil against us but the eyes of the LORD sees all and by His Spirit He makes known to us the hidden agenda of the wicked if He chooses to do so. This scripture reveals the work of the kingdom of darkness, and their target, which is the heart of the upright. The kingdom of darkness attacks believers with vain philosophy, theories, ideologies and evil thoughts to create fear and unbelief.

One of the attacks is the ideology of the evil of "ember" months that has created fear in people's heart. This makes people panic during these months and become more evil conscious than previous months, especially when travelling on the high ways.

However, the reality is that, the devil is at work on daily basis to carry out his evil intent anywhere in every month of the year. Hence, the attitude of some people travelling during these months often make them prey of the devil. You will not fall prey in Jesus name.

The "ember" months are like every other month, therefore, don't allow the devil to create ideas in your head about these months. As a matter of fact, you should be happier during these months  because Christmas celebration is close by. You must understand that fear is a weapon for the devil. And once it overcomes the heart, doubt and tension will dominate and the victim cannot think straight again about the promises of God for protection, which are ever sure that He will keep us from all evil. Don't promote the gospel of the devil during these months. Just enjoy them like any other months prayerfully and praisefully serving the LORD.

Beloved, take the shield of faith against the arrow of the devil and protect your heart from evil theories, ideologies, philosophies and thoughts that arouse fear in the last four months of the year. The God that has kept you from the beginning of the year neither sleeps nor slumbers, He will keep you as the year rounds off. And for your information, the devil is not also on vacation, therefore, be strong in the LORD and in the power of His might. Any evil arrow targeted against your heart and mind will vanish in the air in Jesus name. Every arrow that has been custom made and targeted against your health, business, job, marriage, children, academics, ministry will return back to the camp of the wicked in Jesus name. God will laugh at those  preparing to attack you and put them into great confusion in Jesus name. I declare the rains of burning coals and sulphur be released on the wicked monitoring your life; a scorching wind will be their destiny in Jesus name. The LORD is your refuge. You are safe.

Good morning. Enjoy His protection.

I celebrate you.

Peace Activator

MEDITATION

Peace Activator

Psalm 119:165 "Great peace have they who love your law: and nothing shall offend them." Kjv2k

Point to ponder on: The love for God's word guarantees peace and gives no room for stumbling.

Those who love the Word study the Word because they believe it is life to them and they need the Word to stand out in this world. We live in the world where evil is a common thing, a place where most live in perpetual fear, whether fear of unknown, fear of the future, fear of failure, fear of insecurity, fear of survival in the midst of rising and falling economy. But in the midst of it all, a believer activates comfort, confidence and peace from the Word of God. It is difficult for anything to easily bother those who live by the Word. They are not afraid of bad news because their heart is firmly trusting the LORD. Everything the Word says about God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit is real to them. It doesn't matter the situation of things; nothing can take away the peace of God within them. They are not easily offended because they are established by the Word and can't stumble by men's offences. Whether in time of abundance or scarcity, nothing affects the peace of God in them. This is simply because they are constantly feeding their minds with the Word which is able to keep them in Christ unshaken-a sure foundation. Their minds are renewed by the Word, and are reminded by the Holy Ghost what they have studied in the face of temptation or challenges which strengthens them to go forward unmovable by the storm of life.

Are you fearful or losing your cool? It might be that you are not feeding your spirit and soul with the Word of life as you should. The devil throws fiery darts daily to pull down your faith with life challenges, and the only security you have is in the Word. There is a Word for that situation and I can tell you the Word is working dear! If you won't declare Holiday on it but love the Word dearly and feed your soul and spirit more, you will definitely be glad you did. Only the Word of God guarantees peace in the midst of trouble and helps you grow above nagging, quarrelling, malice, anger, hatred, unforgiveness and every vice that wars against your inner peace. And no matter the height of that mountain (issue), the LORD will make it plain(flat land). Embrace the Word, be fed daily and be filled to overflowing.

Good morning. Enjoy His peace.

I celebrate you.

Take A Real Rest

MEDITATION

Take A Real Rest

Matthew 11:28 "Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you'll recover your life. I'll show you how to take a real rest." (MSG)

Point to ponder on: Exchange your struggles for a real rest in Jesus.

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.(kjv2k) Jesus calls out for anyone who desires a change and really needs a breath of fresh air from the burden of religious laws and life challenges. The pressure of life sometimes is so burdensome and gets people worn out. People have tried several rules hoping it will help them get better as suggested by religion but all to no avail. Religion is the opium of the people as defined by Karl Max. For me I see it as a craft the devil uses to confuse mankind. It best describes a medium man created to reach God. Religion doesn't save, but salvation does, and it is only in Christ Jesus. No matter how man follows rules, he gets burdened and will always break the rule because the nature in the natural man is sinful. However, there is good news because a sure way is here and it's in Christ Jesus. He puts an end to daily sacrifice and made Himself the sacrifice for us, so that we can have liberty through Him. If you really want to experience real rest from rules you can never keep without fail and get the burden off your shoulder, then it's time to learn from Jesus. All it takes is to believe in what He did on the cross, trust Him absolutely, and live by His teachings. Real rest starts when we rely on the work of the cross and not in our efforts. Our efforts to tame the flesh will wear us out and we will never enjoy real rest, but to allow Jesus takes the lead and cast all our cares on Him, patiently relying on Him gives us rest.

Will you cast all your cares on Jesus or still want to go all the way struggling? Think about it.

Good morning. Enjoy His grace.

I celebrate you.
